when genuineness deceives, is instauration tenable?the lenient mind is a complex entity. even more perplexing is it’s knowledge processing abilities.the side-affectation barkers of precious used to say, “what your eyes see, your heart requirement believe”. it is equally verifiable, that, “what your understanding believes, your eyes will see”. i have on the agenda c trick said many times, “the easiest person to deceive, is the person staring back at you in the mirror”. we can make ourselves believe the unbelivable, and sustain the unjustifiable.lewis carroll had a good grasp on the concept in his works, alice’s adventures in wonderland and through the looking glass. nothing was as it seemed. up is down; jet-black is undefiled; good is evil; etc, etc.today, we have similar misconceptions: the economy is booming; we’re triumphant the wars in iraq and afghanistan; we live in a democratic republic; etc, etc.i am not an advocate of drug practise, although i find the prohibition of marijuana to be archaic. in my younger days, i used many diversified recreational drugs, and knew many people who were also recreational drug users. there is a distinct difference between use and abuse. the same can be said about alcohol usage. i have found that people who good (not abuse) illicit drugs, to be more in rival with reality than those who do not ingest.it is absurd, waggish, and down-right farcical for people to go to their doctors and be given prescriptions for all sorts of drugs (uppers, downers, and in-betweeners); and then harp on people who self-medicate off the street. this is hypocrisy at it’s excellent. it is these self-righteous, doctor sanctioned, drug users who have the loosest grasp on reality.so when you’re out chasing rabbits and fall down the hole, take the time to discern the reality you provide.i’ll close with my favorite jefferson airplane song, circa 1967. grace oil, singing white rabbit.remember what the dormouse said,brother tim
